SHIPPING:
We offer two shipping methods, standard and express.
For Australian customers our standard shipping method is Australia Post, it is a non traceable method with deliveries taking between two to ten working days, depending on your location.
For express shipping we use Australia Post Express Post which will guarantee your order to be delivered the following business day after being shipped, in most major urban areas. Orders can be tracked at http://auspost.com.au/track/
For International customers, standard shipping uses Australia Post Eparcel Air Mail, which is a non traceable method, once arriving in your country it will be delivered through the local postal service. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs, anything from 5 days to 28 days, with the average being 10 days.
For Express International we use Australia Post Eparcel International Courier. Shipping times can vary due to customs but can be as little as 4 days.
